Cancellation Policy

Delifly truly understands the unpredictable nature of private aviation. We are always evaluating our procedures to accommodate for changes right up to the point of dispatch. If you find you no longer require your catering order free of charge cancellation is possible 24 hrs prior to delivery. Cancellation fee between 24hrs and 12 will be 50% and order will be fully charged if cancelled within 12 hrs prior to delivery time.
